This is a Marseille style deck, meaning it does not have pictorial artwork for the minor arcana. It instead uses “pips” which is just the suit (cup, wand, pentacle, or sword) patterned on the card similar to a regular deck of cards. This allows for a more numerological-focused style of reading that some people prefer. It does have artwork for the major arcana and court cards. It is a tin deck, so the cards are a little bit smaller and the box is made of durable metal, so it is perfect for travel. The smaller cards are also easier to shuffle for some.
